The History of Medicine in Nova Scotia from Confederation to Medicare was published last week by Dr. Allan E. Marble, Chair of the Medical History Society of Nova Scotia.

The 360-page book which includes 157 wonderful archival photographs, covers the period from 1867 to 1967.
