The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia serves the public by effectively regulating the province’s medical profession in accordance with the Nova Scotia Medical Act and its regulations.

The College’s By-Laws provide direction on our day-to-day operations, with guidelines related to Council and overall management of such matters as committees, nominations, elections and the annual general meeting.
