International Transgender Day of Visibility

March 31st is dedicated to celebrating and honoring transgender people with the aim of increasing the visibility and awareness of the transgender community’s struggles and triumphs.

The College celebrates International Transgender Visibility Day while recognizing this community continues to experience serious barriers in their daily lives — particularly in the area of health.

The College recognizes the important services provided by NSH’s prideHealth which is working to improve access to safe, coordinated and comprehensive care for people who are part of the 2SLGBTQIA+.
