If you are a physician practising medicine under a corporation in which you are listed as a Medical Director, you must also renew your corporation permit. As per the Medical Professional Corporations Act, you cannot practise medicine under an expired corporate permit.

The College cannot guarantee applications received after December 11, 2017 will be processed before the December 30, 2017 deadline.

If you are permanently or temporarily closing a practice, you must comply with a number of statutory and regulatory requirements. Please also review the necessary steps to be undertaken if you are discontinuing your medical licence or corporation permit.
