Update from Council
The College’s governing Council, comprised of physicians and public representatives, met on March 21. Following a discussion, the Council undertook its yearly review and approval of the College’s “Mission, Vision, Values and Commitment” statements.
The Council also approved the following revised professional standards:
- Professional Standards Regarding Temporarily or Permanently Closing a Medical Practice
- Professional Standards for Physician Responsibilities for Clinical Observers and their Practice
The March meeting also saw the approval of the 2024 Audited Financial Statements.
