Notice regarding the licence suspension of Dr. Robert Wadden

Further to a Settlement Agreement approved by a Hearing Committee of the College on September 30, 2016, and in accordance with section 51 of the Nova Scotia Medical Act the licence of Dr. Robert Wadden of Halifax, NS has been suspended for four weeks commencing October 11, 2016 and continuing to and including November 7, 2016.

The College acknowledges that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq people. This territory is covered by the Treaties of Peace and Friendship. We also acknowledge that people of African descent have been in Nova Scotia for over 400 years, and we honour and offer gratitude to those ancestors.
