College releases disciplinary decision regarding Dr. Stephen Harley

The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia hereby gives notice that Dr. Stephen Harley, a general practitioner in Dartmouth, has agreed to allegations regarding his breech of a 2008 settlement agreement with the College, and that these allegations constitute a disciplinary matter. As part of the settlement agreement, Dr. Harley is permanently prohibited from prescribing narcotics and other controlled substances.
