Hearing adjourned to determine sanctions regarding findings against Dr. Manivasan Moodley

College announces that sanction hearing scheduled for January 16 is adjourned.

On January 15, 2026 the Hearing Panel of the College agreed to adjourn the sanction hearing that was scheduled for January 16, due to the illness of a family member of a person involved with the hearing.

Notice will be published of the new date as soon as the date is confirmed.
