College announces decision regarding Dr. William Vitale

A Hearing Committee of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia has approved the Consent Revocation Agreement resulting in the revocation of Dr. Vitale’s registration and medical licence pursuant to section 105 of the Medical Practitioners Regulations.

The College acknowledges that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq people. This territory is covered by the Treaties of Peace and Friendship.
