College announces decision regarding Dr. Rafid Sabah Al-Nassar

The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Nova Scotia hereby gives notice that as a result of a complaint and pursuant to the Nova Scotia Medical Act, Dr. Rafid Sabah Al-Nassar has agreed to a consensual revocation.

A hearing committee has accepted this agreement resulting in the revocation of Dr. Al-Nassar’s registration and medical license.

The College acknowledges that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq people. This territory is covered by the Treaties of Peace and Friendship.
