Disciplinary decisions

The College, by way of the Medical Act, must publish disciplinary decisions as determined or directed by an Investigations or Hearing Committee

The directory of disciplinary decisions is searchable by:

physician name
type of complaint
disciplinary finding
year

Disciplinary decisions dated from 2016 and onward are searchable by ‘type of complaint’ and reflect the new Medical Act which came into effect in 2015.
