Resolutions

  1. THAT Doane Grant Thornton be appointed as the 2026 auditors for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia.
  2. THAT Subject to changes arising from migration under the Regulated Health Professions Act, the election of Councillors for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia for 2027 shall close on Friday, March 26, 2027; AND THAT the deadline for receipt of ballots for the election shall be 8:30 a.m. on Friday, March 26, 2027.
  3. THAT Subject to changes arising from migration under the Regulated Health Professions Act, the deadline for receipt of nominations for the election for 2027 shall be 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 19, 2027.
  4. THAT Subject to changes arising from migration under the Regulated Health Professions Act, Dr. D.A. (Gus) Grant be appointed as a scrutineer for the election in 2027; AND THAT Ms. Tricia Crease and Ms. Joycelyn Ansah be appointed as alternate scrutineers for the election in 2027.
