UPDATED: Notice of adjournment – Dr. Manivasan Moodley hearing

In accordance with current Public Health recommendations, the Hearing Panel has adjourned the continuation of the hearing regarding Dr. Manivasan Moodley from the rescheduled date of June 29 and 30, 2020 to August 26 and 27, 2020. Should there be further changes in these dates, there will be a similar notice on the College’s website.

The College acknowledges that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq people. This territory is covered by the Treaties of Peace and Friendship. We also acknowledge that people of African descent have been in Nova Scotia for over 400 years, and we honour and offer gratitude to those ancestors.
