College announces decision regarding Dr. Stephen Harley

A Hearing Committee of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia has accepted a Settlement Agreement advanced by the College and Dr. Stephen Harley and recommended by an Investigation Committee of the College pursuant to Section 57 of the Nova Scotia Medical Act. The College acknowledges that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq people. This territory is covered by the Treaties of Peace and Friendship.
