The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia hereby gives notice that Dr. Spiro Photopoulos, a general practitioner in Halifax, has acknowledged a disciplinary matter violation as part of a settlement agreement with the College. A copy of the settlement agreement is available HERE.
