The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia has issued a reprimand to Dr. Kazimirski, a family practitioner in Windsor, Nova Soctia, as final resolution to a complaint in relation to certain services performed by Dr. Kazimirski in his Observership of an International Medical Graduate. That is, Dr. Kazimirski's MSI billings and other practices outlined below amounted to professional misconduct: Submission of billings to MSI and receipt of payment for twelve medical services provided by an International Medical Graduate to patients on August 15 and 22, 2005.
