College Announces Decision Regarding Dr. Robert Wadden
A Hearing Committee of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia has accepted a Settlement Agreement advanced by the College and Dr. Robert Wadden and recommended by an Investigation Committee of the College pursuant to section 101 of the regulations under the Medical Act.
Dr. Wadden has admitted professional misconduct and has consented to a 6 month period of suspension, a reprimand and conditions on his licence to practice medicine. The suspension will be served in two 3 month intervals, both of which must be concluded no later than May 30, 2016.
