Complainant support and community outreach advisor

Reporting to the Director, Professional Conduct, the Complainant support and community outreach advisor plays a critical role in building trust, improving accessibility, and ensuring complainants, including those from underserved and historically marginalized communities, experience the complaints process as productive and free of harm.

Registration agent

As a Registration agent, you’ll play a key role in supporting the integrity of medical regulation by assessing physician eligibility, processing licensure and registrations, and maintaining accurate regulatory records. Working closely with physicians, internal teams, and external stakeholders, this role combines detailed administrative work, sound judgment, and strong communication to ensure licensing standards are met while supporting the College’s mandate in the public interest.
